Reinforcement Rallier would best fit in a tempo- or token-based Hunter deck that aims to stick small minions on board and snowball pressure early, since a 1‑cost minion with **Elusive** (can’t be targeted by spells or Hero Powers) is harder to remove efficiently and helps maintain board presence against control or spell-heavy decks. That said, Hunter has historically had stronger 1‑drops that provide more immediate impact or synergy—cards like **Intrepid Initiate**, **Wolpertinger**, **Batty Guest**, or **Bunch of Bananas-supported early threats** (depending on the format) generally offer better stats, synergy, or value generation, making them more competitive choices. Because Elusive alone doesn’t increase pressure or generate value, Reinforcement Rallier would likely only see play in a very low-curve aggressive Hunter list that specifically values stickiness over raw power, and even then it would probably be a fringe inclusion rather than a staple.
