A deck that focuses on summoning multiple Beasts would benefit from including Frostsaber Matriarch, such as a Beast Druid deck or a Token Druid deck. While there may be other strong Taunt minions available, Frostsaber Matriarch's potential for a low cost makes it a viable option in the right deck and could definitely see play in Beast-centric Druid decks.
