A control warrior deck would benefit the most from using Slow Motion, as increasing the cost of your opponent's cards can disrupt their tempo and stall their plays, allowing you to gain more advantage over time. However, there are better cards like Brawl which could provide more value in certain situations. Slow Motion could see play in specific control heavy metas to slow down aggressive decks, but it may not be a core card in most warrior decks due to its situational nature and high mana cost.
