This Sarkhan the Masterless card would be a great fit in a Dragon tribal deck, as it synergizes well with other Dragon creatures and can quickly create a board presence with its abilities. However, for a more competitive deck, cards like Sarkhan, Fireblood or Sarkhan, Dragonsoul might be better options due to their versatility and ability to generate card advantage. Overall, Sarkhan the Masterless could see play in casual Dragon-themed decks but might not be optimal for highly competitive play.
