Talon Sliver would be particularly beneficial in a Sliver tribal deck, as it enhances the combat capabilities of all Sliver creatures by granting them first strike, allowing for aggressive strategies and better defense against opposing creatures. While there are other cards that can provide similar benefits, such as the more versatile **Sliver Hive**, which can generate Sliver tokens and provide mana, Talon Sliver's specific ability is valuable in a dedicated Sliver deck. It should see play in such decks, especially if the goal is to overwhelm opponents quickly with a swarm of Slivers while maintaining board control.

Abilities that Slivers grant, as well as power/toughness boosts, are cumulative. However, for some abilities, like flying, having more than one instance of the ability doesn’t provide any additional benefit.
