A deck focused on sacrificing and utilizing Food tokens for life gain and life loss effects would benefit from including Tempting Witch. This card could fit well in a black sacrifice or aristocrats-style deck where generating value from sacrificing creatures and artifacts is a key strategy. While there may be more powerful cards with similar effects, Tempting Witch could still see play in the right deck as a versatile tool for gaining life and dealing damage.

If an effect refers to a Food, it means any Food artifact, not just a Food artifact token. For example, you can sacrifice Gingerbrute to activate the last ability of Tempting Witch.

You can’t sacrifice a Food token to pay multiple costs. For example, you can’t sacrifice a Food token to activate its own ability and also to activate the ability of Tempting Witch.
