Time-Twisted Seer would fit best in an aggressive or tempo-focused Mage deck that can reliably damage its own minions (through cards like Whirlwind-style effects in Warrior or self-damage pings in Mage) to activate the Spell Damage +2 bonus, enabling burst turns with cheap burn spells such as Fireball or Arcane Bolt–type effects; in a multiclass Mage/Warrior shell, it could also synergize with enrage-style tools and small AoE activators. However, conditional Spell Damage that requires the minion to be damaged is generally less consistent than alternatives like Bloodmage Thalnos (which cycles and provides unconditional Spell Damage) or Azure Drake–style cards (historically strong for combining draw with Spell Damage), and modern Mage decks often prefer spell-damage minions that are either harder to remove or provide immediate value.
