This card could benefit a tempo or aggro Rogue deck looking to flood the board with minions and gain value from the random bonus effects of the Sparkbots. While From the Scrapheap can provide a strong board presence, it may not be as consistent as other cards in the deck. Cards like EVIL Miscreant or Hench-Clan Thug might be better options for Rogue decks due to their consistent value and impact on the board. However, From the Scrapheap could still see play in more niche decks focused on generating multiple minions quickly.
